Copied straight from the Ringtraining Newsletter, for the information of all you good folk :D:

"Classic Elite Rings on Sale

A few weeks ago I launched the Elite Rings II, a new and improved version of the Elite Rings. They arrived two weeks ahead of schedule, so I still had some "classic" Elite Rings in stock. But because it was two weeks before Christmas, I decided that it was a good time to launch the new rings. Now that the final production run of Classic Elite Rings is finished, I am putting them on sale for $50 a set. This offer is valid while supplies last. First come, first serve. Once they are gone, which shouldn't take long, they will be gone forever.
I have seen people spend $40+ on home made rings and the quality wasn't even close. So, I think this is a great deal. When I upgraded from the original steel Power Rings to the Elite Rings, I was incredibly proud of the new design. I still am, so I don't hesitate to recommend them. The Elite Rings II fixed a few bugs and improved the overall quality, but it is not as big a jump as it was from Power Rings to Elite Rings. You will be happy with either Classic Rings or Elite Rings II.
I am still honoring the 2 year warranty on these rings as I do with all of my products. And everything from before is still included.

Coupon for Elite Agility Ladder

For the month of January, if you buy a set of rings, you can use the coupon code "ringsladder" to purchase an Elite Agility Ladder for $30 (40% off). To take advantage of this offer, add a set of rings (Elite Rings II or Classic) to a shopping cart. Then add an Elite Agility Ladder. In the field for the coupon code, enter: ringsladder. It will give you a price of $30 for the Elite Agility Ladder. This offer expires in February.
I think this is the lowest price an agility ladder has ever sold for and it's a great product. A set of classic rings and a ladder for $80 is not too shabby, if you ask me."

Awesome investment IMO.

As far as I remember, they were the same price as the Elite Rings II are now, or thereabouts ($71.95)

well worth the outlay IMO.
I have had these since June of last year - nothing compares to rings for verstility, and taxing the body.

Agility ladder? I did spot that on the site but what on earth do you do with that? Is it like a rope ladder or something?

Agility ladders are very useful for sports training. Soccer uses them a lot. Usually the training is referred to as SAQ (speed, agility, quickness).

I am fairly sure that they can be got cheaper than that butr I could be wrong. I would have to check a catalogue that my father has for a soccer equipment supplier.

I this also looks useful http://uk.youtube.co...h?v=gT6F31yogYw

www.saqireland.net also has some interesting SAQ equipment. The Reactor™ looks fun

It is much more versatile. Basically it is two agility ladders with smaller steps. Although I don't know of an agility latter that could be guaranteed to hold BW.

A good link there traps mate - thanks. Some 'interesting' exercises shown there + a bit of Eminem as a bonus AND the discovery of another potentially useful bodyweight web resource (www.bodyweightculture.com) so not a bad batch at all fella.

I couldn't look at their website. It is horrible and impossible to read.
