Yeah I saw this vid a while back and was inspired. I've taken a number of my clients to playgrounds to work. One guy, who was a high profile city banker, said that it took him away from his work and made him feel 10 again. It's a fantastic way to train and it's soo much fun. If you like that go onto Youtube and type in "bartendaz" or "the technician". These guys are phenomenal athletes and have no fancy gear. They draw crowds whenever they train.

Took a look at some Bartendaz and Technician stuff. Insane athletes. Very inspirational.
